Here is a list of the approved claims from the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims (NHC) register (Article 13(1)) for the ingredients included in CREAGEN:

 

5g Creatine Monohydrate:

• Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise

 

100mg Vitamin C:

• Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, cartilage, blood vessels, teeth, gums
• Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, functioning of the nervous and immune systems, and protection of cells from oxidative stress

 

6mg Vitamin E:

• Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress

 

150mcg biotin:

• Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin , hair, mucous membranes
• Biotin contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, macronutrient metabolism, and psychological function

 

2mg Zinc:

• Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails, vision, bones, cognitive function, fertility and reproduction, DNA synthesis
• Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress
