Our returns & refunds policy:

We are saddened to hear that you are not happy with your APHRA product. We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

If your delivery arrived damaged, please reach out to us with your name and order # at hello@aphralabs.com and we can help you from here.

 

Our cancellation policy:

If you have a recurring subscription, you can skip or cancel at any time. However, once an order has been placed and payment completed on a subscription order we can not process a cancellation on that specific order. Please email us at hello@aphralabs.com if you have any questions.
