Refund policy

Our returns & refunds policy:

We are saddened to hear that you are not happy with your APHRA product. We have a 14-day returns policy form the date of delivery for you to return your product without penalty. However, you will be responsible for the return costs.

If your delivery arrived damaged, please reach out to us with your name and order # at hello@aphralabs.com and we can help you from here.

If you would like to return your items for other reasons, please return them unopened and unused to:

Please write your name and order # in the return package so that we can issue you a refund. Write down your tracking # that you receive when you post the package, and email us at hello@aphralabs.com stating that you are returning your order.

Our cancellation policy:

If you have a recurring subscription, you can skip or cancel at any time. However, once an order has been placed and payment completed on a subscription order we can not process a cancellation on that specific order. Please email us at  if you have any questions.
